景益鵬，男，天體物理學家，上海交通大學講席教授，中國科學院院士，1964年1月出生於浙江上虞，籍貫浙江慈谿。曾任國家重點基礎研究發展計畫（973計畫）“宇宙大尺度結構和星系形成與演化”項目首席科學家、國家自然科學基金委“星系形成和星系活動”創新團隊負責人、中國科學院“星系形成和星系活動”創新團隊國際合作夥伴計畫負責人、上海天文台學術委員會主任、上海天文台星系宇宙學中心首席科學家、中國科學院星系宇宙學重點實驗室主任等，2012年加盟上海交通大學物理系與天文系，任物理與天文系天文與天體物理研究中心主任，並於2015年12月當選中國科學院院士。

研究方向
從事宇宙暗物質與暗能量的天文觀測性質、宇宙大尺度結構的形成、星系形成、星系與黑洞的共同演化、宇宙引力透鏡等宇宙學基礎前沿問題的研究。發表學術論文100多篇，研究成果在國際上具有重要影響，共被4000多篇論文引用，其中7篇論文的單篇引用數超過100篇次；24篇論文的單篇引用數超過50篇次；單篇引用數最高達297篇次。
簡歷成就
1984年畢業於杭州大學（現浙江大學）物理系。
1989年獲中國科技大學碩士學位。
1992年10月獲義大利高等研究生院博士學位。
1993～1994年在美國亞利桑那大學做博士後研究。
1994～1996年在德國馬普天體物理研究所做博士後研究。
1996年11月～1999年8月在日本東京大學做高級訪問學者。
1998年入選中國科學院“百人計畫”。
2000年回國組建上海天文台德國馬普青年夥伴小組。
2001年獲國家傑出青年科學基金、中科院青年科學家獎。
2003年獲全國留學回國人員先進個人和成就獎、上海市優秀留學回國人員獎。
2004年獲上海市科學技術進步一等獎（獨立完成人）、國家973計畫先進個人稱號，入選首批“新世紀百千萬人才工程”國家級人選， 享受政府特殊津貼，上海市優秀留學回國人才稱號。
2005年獲國家自然科學二等獎（獨立完成人）、第九屆上海市十大科技精英。
2006年獲第九屆中國青年科技獎。
2007年當選2004—2006年度上海市勞動模範。
2009年獲第七屆上海市自然科學牡丹獎、再次獲上海市科學技術進步一等獎（第一完成人）。
2012年加盟上海交通大學物理與天文系。
2015年當選中國科學院院士。
