項目摘要
將具有催化活性的結構單元合理地引入到苯乙烯類單體的結構中,分別通過可控自由基聚合反應、螺旋選擇性聚合反應或它們二者的結合,獲得核殼型多臂星狀手性聚合物刷、光學活性螺旋鏈聚合物和核殼型多臂星狀光學活性螺旋鏈聚合物刷。研究含極性功能團單體的螺旋選擇性離子聚合,發展對聚合物螺旋結構的直觀表征方法,建立調控聚合物拓撲結構、立體結構的簡便、有效手段。用所得到的光學活性聚合物為催化劑,探索其在羥醛縮合、烷基化、環氧化、還原、氫化、矽氫加成等幾類典型不對稱有機反應中的套用,系統研究聚合物化學結構、拓撲結構、立體結構與催化效率和對映體選擇性之間的關係。結合理論分析和計算機模擬,深入理解螺旋選擇性聚合反應和不對稱合成過程中的手性傳遞與放大的機制,為獲得化學結構穩定、立體結構可控、催化效率高、對映體選擇性專一、易於循環使用的高性能不對稱合成催化劑提供理論依據和新的途徑。
