《旅遊職業英語口筆譯實務（1）》每個單元有七個模組，前三個部分為口譯，第四和第五模組為筆譯，第六模組為單元涉及的語言文化和口筆譯技巧介紹，結尾一部分為口筆譯綜合訓練。“句子口譯”部分無論從句子內容和句子結構而言，都相對簡單，其目的為熱身訓練，使教材使用者能快速進入單元崗位主題並啟動翻譯模式。“對話口譯”部分選取自工作場景常見對話，是對口譯中涉及到的聽力、快速反應以及口語表達等能力的綜合訓練。“語篇口譯”側重句子銜接技巧、口譯筆記技巧、視譯、交替傳譯等技能的訓練。與“句子口譯”部分相比，“句子筆譯”部分的句子篇幅更長、內容更專業、結構更複雜，因此對選詞、語法、修辭等方面的要求也隨之增加。句子筆譯主要側重訓練詞義選擇、詞類轉換等詞的譯法。“語篇筆譯”是每個單元難度的部分，需要的教學時間也相對較長，在強化辭彙、語法、句子結構等語言知識的同時，可以著重訓練增詞、減詞、拆分、合併等長難句翻譯技巧。“文化和技能沙龍”模組介紹一些本單元出現或相關的文化要點以及口筆譯知識和技巧，並配有示例，清楚易懂。“口筆譯練習”模組，選取工作崗位中的真實翻譯任務，旨在複習單元內容的同時，拓展所學翻譯知識和技能。
