於燁,男,1977年11月生,博士,研究員,博士生導師。

2015年4月,入選2015年度“長江學者獎勵計畫”青年學者名單。

人物經歷

2006年畢業於蘭州大學生命科學學院,多肽生物化學與藥物化學研究方向,獲理學博士學位。2006-2010年,在中科院上海生命科學研究院神經科學研究所做博士後,離子通道結構與功能研究方向;2011年加入上海交通大學醫學院研究團隊,任醫學科學研究院“蛋白質結構與功能研究組”組長。

研究方向

近年來一直從事蛋白質/多肽的結構和功能研究,擅長利用化學生物學、生物物理、分子藥理、分子生物學、計算生物學等多學科交叉的技術研究蛋白的結構與功能的關係及其相關的分子發現,取得了一系列較為重要的成果。
現階段的研究方向是具有重要醫學價值蛋白質的結構功能和活性分子發現研究,其中包括:1)膜受體激活過程中的動態變構機制與關鍵結構域鑑定;2)膜受體內源性調控分子的發現與生理病理功能研究;3)基於受體蛋白三維結構的藥物設計;4). 具有重要藥用價值的毒素蛋白靶受體的發現與藥物設計。主要採用化學生物學、生物物理、分子藥理、分子生物學、計算生物學等多學科交叉的技術研究這些蛋白的結構與功能的關係及其相關的分子發現。
