項目摘要

蛋白組學領域的飛速發展依賴於分離技術和檢測技術的日新月異。由於蛋白組學中涉及到體系非常複雜的生物樣品,在分析檢測過程中往往需要準確有效的樣品預處理和預分離。現今各類特色的納米材料層出不窮、合成條件不斷改進的情況下,充分發揮其比表面積大、活性中心多等特性、尋找合適的納米新材料,以實現複雜臨床生物樣品以及具有重要生物學意義的小分子被分析物的高通量、高解析度和高靈敏度分離分析顯得尤為重要。本申請將氧化石墨烯、納米介孔材料、三維開放骨架材料等新型納米材料套用於多肽的特異性富集、蛋白質線上酶解除鹽集成裝置以及小分子的快速篩選當中,期望建立高通量、高靈敏的蛋白質樣品預處理新方法;並建立納米材料用於雷射DART-MS用於有生物學意義的小分子化合物的快速分析篩選新方法。
