人物經歷

2005年本科(BA)畢業於南京師範大學生命科學學院
2014年碩士(MPhil.)畢業於蘭州大學基礎醫學院
2017年博士(PhD.)畢業於復旦大學生命科學學院
2014年-,法國國立東方語言文化學院語言人類學博士在讀;
2019年,復旦大學生命科學學院博士後;
2019年-,就職於復旦大學文物與博物館學系/科技考古研究院,任青年副研究員。

研究方向

主要從事分子考古學(Molecular archaeology)研究,研究方向包括古DNA技術(Ancient DNA technology)、考古人類學(Archaeological anthropology)、歷史人類學(Historical anthropology)、語言人類學(Linguistic anthropology)、法醫人類學(Forensic anthropology)、體質人類學(Physical anthropology)等。

研究成果

2022年12月,廈門大學社會與人類學院王傳超教授團隊與復旦大學科技考古研究院文少卿副教授團隊聯合在iScience上發表題為“Cultural and demic co-diffusion of Tubo Empire on Tibetan Plateau”的研究論文。研究成功測序唐代吐蕃時期熱水墓群哇沿水庫遺址中的10例古代個體全基因組序列,解析吐蕃古人的遺傳結構,不僅實證了吐蕃族群屬於漢藏人群的論斷,而且還原了吐蕃政權在青藏東北緣人群和文化共擴張的發展模式,為揭示中國首次發現的吐蕃墓葬群——熱水墓群相關人群的遺傳信息的這一“藏地密碼”提供了科學分析依據。
