思克萊德大學中國學聯

思克萊德大學中國學生學者聯合會始建於2010年，是唯一一個在中國駐英大使館教育處和思克萊德大學學生會雙重註冊的官方公益性學生學者團體；與中國駐英大使館，蘇格蘭領事館及孔子學院有密切聯繫。思大中國學聯在2014年春節期間，聯合蘇格蘭九大高校，舉辦了“蘇格蘭史上最牛春晚”，受到廣泛好評，被多家媒體紛紛報導。除此之外，思大中國學聯還每年舉辦迎新酒會，體育比賽和組織學生旅遊等活動。我們希望以留英學子的赤誠之心，用思克萊德大學“學以致用”的精神，聯合格拉斯哥地區其他中國團體，共同打造英國留學生的大家庭。

Strathclyde Chinese Students and Scholars Association (SCSSA)

SCSSA was established in 2010, which is the only student association registered atboth the ‘Education Section, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in theKingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland’ and University of Strathclyde StudentUnion, there is a close relation with the Embassy and Consulate-General of thePeople’s Republic of China in Edinburgh and Confucius Institute. During the period ofChinese New Year in 2014, in connection with 9 other UK Universities, the mostamazing Spring Festival Gala was held. It was highly praised by the general public andthe local media reported about this event. Apart from this event, each year theSCSSA will hold a welcome cocktail party, sports games and outings to socialize andmeet new people. We hope that Chinese students from overseas can use theirsincerity and the University of Strathclyde’s motto ‘A place of Useful learning’ toprovide a positive attitude and spirit in connecting with other Glasgow ChineseAssociations to create a bigger community.
