志行會（Beyond the Pivot，簡稱BTP）是一個由香港大學內地學生自主成立的非政府、非營利性組織。BTP正式成立於2009年三月，現已於香港政府正式註冊，至今已籌劃開展了六個獨立的志願者項目（非洲加納、中國內蒙古、海南、四川、雲南、香港）。
BTP致力於向青少年提供一個廣闊的志願者活動平台，並培養其社會責任感和世界公民意識；為改善當地教育、醫療、信息技術、文化保育等現狀做出努力；進行調研、檔案記錄及活動巡展，傳遞公益信息，推廣志願服務理念。

志行會，Beyond the Pivot（簡稱BTP）是於香港註冊的合法慈善團體（慈善機構稅檔編號91/10725）,旨在傳播志願者精神，凝聚每一束微小的力量，從點滴處開始改變。
Beyond the Pivot(BTP) is an Non-governmental Organization initiated by Chinese mainland students from the University of Hong Kong. Since its establishment in March 2009, BTP has already enrolled over 30 executive members, over 80 alumnis, and over 900 volunteers involved, and has launched five independent projects including in Ghana Africa, Hainan, Hong Kong, Sichuan and Yunnan.
BTP devotes to establishing a platform for volunteers and social workers, in order to cultivate participants’ social responsibility and global citizenship.Furthermore, BTP endeavored to improve the living standard as well as education level, health care, and culture preservation of the target areas. Additionally, BTP collects all kinds of information through the researches within its projects. That information will be converted into analytical reports, and to be distributed during public exhibitions, in order to promote the concept of volunteer service.

歷史
BTP成立於2009年，並下屬香港大學“學生機構孵化計畫”，成立至今已籌劃開展了六個獨立的志願者項目（非洲加納，中國海南、四川、香港、雲南，內蒙古）。
BTP 現有幹事會成員33 人，累計幹事會成員達200 餘人，累計約500名志願者參與活動。

項目成果
BTP 已開展的六個長期志願項目均取得了卓越的成績，例如非洲團隊獲得加納副總統接見; 海南及四川團隊獲得當地媒體的頭條報導; BTP 也曾入選香港大學“學生機構孵育計畫”等。並且，各項目均獲得香港大學Service 100 基金支持。
在六個志願者項目中，教授文化課和素質拓展類課程教學是常規活動。除此之外，各項目組繼承傳統並再創新，開展了諸多特色活動以滿足該項目組受助人群的需求。
另外，除了每年暑假定期的支教項目，BTP還與非政府組織合作舉辦體驗活動，例如Struggle for Survival，讓參與者體驗高度真實的“極度貧窮的一天”，以增加對弱勢群體的關注與同理心，另外更有Dialogue in the Dark 體驗旅程。
