中文摘要 大學生村官具有明顯的非典型雇用關係特徵，由此產生了大學生村官的尷尬身份和角色的邊緣化、大學生村官的期望與現實之間存在反差、大學生村官制度設計缺陷等多重困境。走出大學生村官制度困境的根本途徑是變非典型雇用關係為典型雇用關係，使雇用雙方的主體地位明確，責任主體關係清晰，雇用關係穩定，並從長計議合理設計相關的制度安排，進而實現大學生村官制度本身應有之意義。
英文摘要 [Village officials of university graduates possess the striking character of non-standard employment and tberefore, result in various dilemmas including their awkward status and marginal role, gap between their expectations and reality, defective system design, etc. The fundamental way to step out of the dilemma is to change the non-standard employment to the standard one so as to achieve a definite priority status, clear accountable subject and a stable relationship between the employer and the employed. Moreover, corresponding systematic arrangement should be designed to carry out the significance of the system itself.]
