2012年12月畢業於香港中文大學商學院，獲管理學博士學位。主要研究領域包括高管與董事會特徵、公司治理和企業社會責任，當前主持和參與多項國家級項目，其中主持完成的國家級自然科學基金項目被評為“特優”。研究成果已在Organization Science，Strategic Management Journal，Journal of Management等國際頂尖學術期刊發表，並有一篇論文被牛津大學出版的《The Oxford Handbook of Corporate Governance》一書收錄。擔任Asia Pacific Journal of Management期刊編委成員，同時為Journal of World Business、Management and Organization Review等國際學術期刊擔任匿名評審。此外，其主導開發的教學案例獲得“2018中國工商管理國際最佳案例獎提名獎”。
