人生經歷
1982年，獲中國醫科大學醫療系日文班醫學學士學位
1985年，在遼寧省衛生廳晉升主治醫師（西醫）
1988年，考取世界衛生組織獎學金赴日本留學工作
1994年，獲日本大阪大學醫學部醫學博士學位（開始接觸和學習中醫/漢方）
2001年，赴美國和回國合作臨床醫藥學研究
2001年，出任湖南醫科大學分子藥理研究室主任和教授
2003年，創立中南大學分子藥物與治療研究所並任第一任所長
2005年，創立國內第一家獨立第三方中藥有效成分檢驗檢測機構——科恩實驗室
