科研綜述
研究方向為食品組學,主要從事基於質譜的代謝組學及其在食品營養與安全方面的套用,近年來以第一作者或通訊作者身份發表SCI論文30餘篇,承擔十三五國家重點研發計畫課題、中科院重點部署項目等項目研究。
