個人經歷
他於1963年從加拿大國家戲劇學院以優等生的身份畢業。
個人生活
他的父母親分別為亨利·L·庫倫（Henry L. Cullen）和妙麗葉兒·麥康（Muriel McCann）。他的兄長賴瑞·庫倫（Larry Cullen）曾擔任美國海軍陸戰隊上尉，這給了他很好地演繹擎天柱這個角色上很大的靈感。
