張遠新，軍旅文化傳播人，從小熱愛文藝，喜好歌詞創作，創作《老班長》《好想為你做點啥》等作品。
劉穎濤，基層文化工作者，業餘音樂創作愛好者，多年來紮根基層，代表作品主要有《中部鐵拳》《跟我上》等。
衡建強，網名衡小隻，網路歌手，曾服役於中部戰區陸軍某部，代表作有《白蛇簪》《莫追問》《謫仙》等。
駱亮亮，畢業於上海大學音樂學院，在校期間曾榮獲國家獎學金，入伍後一直從事基層文化工作，擅長主持，聲樂，參加過多次上級組織的大項活動，主要代表作品有《強軍動員令》。
