個人簡歷

2003年中山大學生物科學專業理學學士,2009年於中山大學獲得植物學博士學位,其中2004 - 2009年在中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所客座學習和研究。2009 - 2011年繼續在中科院遺傳發育所工作,2011 - 2016年在美國德州農工大學(Texas A&M University)進行博士後研究,2017年作為海外高層次青年拔尖人才引進併入職華南師範大學生命科學學院。2020年入選廣東省“珠江人才計畫”。現主持承擔國家自然科學基金面上項目、廣東省自然科學傑出青年基金項目。近年來主要從事植物發育與逆境脅迫回響相關的表觀遺傳調控機理研究,在eLife、Nature Plants、Plant Cell、PNAS、Current Opinion in Plant Biology等國際權威期刊上發表SCI論文19篇;獲得2013年教育部自然科學獎一等獎和2014年國家自然科學獎二等獎。現任廣東省植物生理學會理事、廣東省遺傳學會理事、植物生理學報編委以及Development,PLoS Pathogen,Molecular Plant Pathology等SCI期刊審稿人。

2004 - 2009年在中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所客座學習和研究。2009 - 2011年繼續在中科院遺傳發育所工作,2011 - 2016年在美國德州農工大學(Texas A&M University)進行博士後研究,2017年作為海外高層次青年拔尖人才引進併入職華南師範大學生命科學學院。

研究方向

(1) 植物miRNA生物合成與代謝的調控機理;植物細胞內miRNA生物合成的調控是一個多層面的精細過程,例如轉錄、轉錄後剪接、pri-miRNA的剪下、miRNA的成熟、RNA的穩定性、主要生物合成元件蛋白的穩定性、miRNA的時空分布等多個環節都可能影響miRNA的含量及其對下游靶基因的調控。本實驗室主要通過遺傳學、生物信息學、細胞生物學、生物化學和分子生物學等方面的技術手段,找尋參與miRNA途徑的新調控因子,深入闡釋miRNA合成與代謝過程的調控機理。
(2) 植物逆境脅迫回響的表觀遺傳學調控植物在生長發育過程中常常會遭遇各種生物和非生物逆境脅迫等不利因素的影響,固著生長的植物不能主動趨避,只能依靠自身一些脅迫回響機制來實現防禦,表觀遺傳調控在其中起到了非常重要的作用。本實驗室重點關注並致力於解析表觀遺傳修飾相關基因在逆境脅迫回響過程中的功能和調控機理,挖掘與植物逆境脅迫應答相關的表觀遺傳調控因子,最終為現代分子育種技術選育農作物抗逆新品種提供新思路。
