張玉翠，女，山東濱州人，中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所農業資源研究中心研究員，主要研究方向為生態水文學和同位素水文學，中國科學院青年創新促進會會員，河北省“三三三”人才工程入選者。

研究方向
基於微氣象和穩定同位素等方法的缺水區農業水分利用與水循環研究。
主要成就
華北平原糧食高產主要依賴地下水灌溉，導致地下水超采問題嚴重，並引起了一系列的生態問題，這種現象在缺水農業地區非常普遍和突出。2007年以來致力於農業耗水及其調控機理的研究工作，主持國家自然科學基金青年和面上項目等10餘項課題。
