張正竹,男,出生地含山,在職研究生學歷,中共黨員,農學博士,教授,現任安徽農業大學茶與食品科技學院黨委副書記、院長,茶葉生物化學與生物技術重點實驗室主任(兼)。
2017年6月19日,在安徽省黨代表會議上選舉為安徽省出席黨的十九大代表。
現任黃山市人民政府副市長。
