個人經歷

2012年畢業於美國新墨西哥大學(University of New Mexico),獲化學博士學位。2012年至2019年在美國伊利諾伊大學香檳分校基因組生物學研究所(Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)從事博士後研究。2019年3月作為青年拔尖人才引進到華南師範大學生命科學學院生態科學研究所。

研究方向

主要從事分子層面上的微生物代謝研究,利用“基因組酶學”策略解析微生物新酶功能及其參與的代謝通路。解析腸道微生物中最富集的甘氨醯自由基蛋白家族新酶功能,在分子層面上闡明腸道微生物代謝膳食成分和外源性成分的生化分子基礎。

學術成果

共發表SCI收錄研究論文17篇,其中以第一作者或共同第一作者在Nature Chemical Biology,Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U. S. A.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,eLife,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,ACS Catalysis等國際權威期刊上發表研究論文7篇。
