2002年7月浙江大學生物化工專業畢業,獲工學博士學位;
1991年7月西北大學化學工程專業畢業,獲工學碩士學位;
1983年7月西北大學基本有機合成專業畢業,獲工學學士學位;
曾先後公派赴日本名古屋大學留學或訪問研究。
工作經歷
1983年7月本科畢業留校西北大學化工系(學院)任教,從事化學工程和生物化工專業教學及科研工作,歷任講師、副教授、教授職稱,曾擔任生物化工教研室主任、西北大學化工系主任等職;指導生物化工、化學工程、工業催化專業碩士、博士研究生;2018年轉任西北大學食品科學與工程學院,指導生物資源化學與利用專業博士、碩士研究生。
研究方向
發酵與酶工程、催化反應工程、新資源食品及食品添加劑。
科研項目
先後主持國家自然科學基金高技術探索項目《重組酵母高密度發酵條件最佳化及基因表達規律的研究》(29886001)、陝西省重點研發計畫項目《磷脂酶D的分子改造及高性能酶製備技術研究》(2018NY-131)、橫向合作項目《可再生資源蓖麻油製備癸二酸清潔生產示範技術開發》等13項科研項目。
