個人簡歷
張奇亞, 武漢大學理學學士，美國俄亥俄醫學院 (Medical College of Ohio, MCO) 醫學碩士，中國科學院水生生物研究所理學博士。先後在中國科學院武漢病毒研究所、美國俄亥俄醫學院、美國加州大學聖迭戈分校 (University of California，San Diego, UCSD) 和中國科學院水生生物研究所從事病毒學及分子生物學相關領域的研究工作。兼國際病毒分類委員會委員，湖北省電鏡學會副理事長和省微生物學會理事。已發表論文200餘篇，其中SCI論文100餘篇；主著(編)論著2部，參編論著10餘部。獲國家授權發明專利6項，獲湖北省自然科學二等2項獎、中國科學院教學成果二等獎、中國科學院優秀研究生導師獎和中國科學院朱李月華優秀教師獎。培養博士後4名，畢業研究生34名 (含博士22名)，其中2篇學位博士論文入選“湖北省優博論文”，5人次獲“研究生國家獎”；多數研究生獲其他冠名獎、三好學生獎、優秀畢業生獎等。
研究方向
研究課題
主持的學科組長期從事水生病毒及其分子生物學研究。結合現代生物技術與病毒學方法，運用和/或創建水生病毒重組、多組學與高通量篩選、螢光顯微與電子顯微、分子免疫及病毒入侵示蹤等技術，對水生病毒的病原生物學及分子特性進行研究。
