1.主持和完成各類科研項目30 項;其中省級以上科研項目10 項、2.重大項目1 項;省部級科技獎勵4項;其中排名第一獲教育部高等學校自然科學二等獎1項,科技進步二等獎1項;3.省級鑑定成果3項;申請專利21項,獲授權9項,申請美國專利2項;4.發表論文213篇,其中影響因子大於2.0的論文40篇;H因子等於10,在JACS發表論文2篇,單篇最高引用次數達到115次。先後有4篇文章被Chemistry World, Nature China, Nature Asia, Nature Materials 選為Highligt文章加以評介。5.參編出版編著2 本, 其中1 本在國際著名出版社SPRINGER 出版社出版。6.在國內率先開展羧酸與烯烴直接酯化合成羧酸酯研究和工業化實踐,已在全國形成年產100萬噸規模的乙酸異丙酯、乙酸仲丁酯生產規模;2007年,該技術獲教育部科技進步二等獎。7.主持完成的廣東省重大科技項目-300KW 燃料電池電站的開發研究,建成了全球最大的質子交換膜燃料電池電站,國內外數十家媒體給予了報導宣傳。
