嵇靈,女,2015年7月畢業於華北電力大學經濟與管理學院管理科學與工程專業博士,現為北京工業大學經濟與管理學院管理科學與工程學科部講師。獲北京工業大學“日新人才”、“高端人才隊伍建設計畫優秀人才”。兼任中國“雙法”研究會能源經濟與管理研究分會理事、中國“雙法”學會統籌分會理事。
