項目摘要
通過對世界範圍內傳統偃麥草屬物種的形態特徵和地理分布、屬間和種間雜交及繁育特性、細胞學和細胞遺傳學、基因組原位雜交(GISH)和分子系統學等研究結果進行分析,探討:(1)偃麥草屬的系統地位;(2)毛麥草屬屬的地位及其與偃麥草屬的關係;(3)偃麥草屬與冠麥草屬、擬鵝觀草屬和披鹼草屬等近緣屬的屬間界限和親緣關係;(4)物種染色體組組成和種內居群間染色體數目的倍性變異;(5)種間和種內居群間,特別染色體不同倍性變異居群間植物的繁殖特性;(6)物種界限、種間關係和種下等級的分類處理;(7)解決部分物種分類處理的疑難問題,系統整理偃麥草屬和冠麥草屬植物。為全面認識傳統偃麥草屬植物以及小麥族多年生多倍體屬的起源和演化提供資料。
