寧毅，哈佛大學（營養學）博士，教授，博士生導師，國家重點研發計畫“老齡健康主動應對”項目負責人和首席科學家，海南醫學院公共衛生與全健康國際學院院長，海南省傑出人才，歷任國家部委公務員，美國華盛頓大學助理研究員、哈佛大學醫學院研究員，美國維吉尼亞聯邦大學醫學院終身（系列）助理教授、博士生導師，葛蘭素史克醫藥研發有限公司流行病學總監和高級學術委員，GSK清華全球健康中心博士後導師，中關村美年健康產業研究院執行院長，美年大健康首席科學家，北京大學公共衛生學院教授等。擔任國家重點研發計畫項目負責人和首席科學家，已累計申請產業和學術資金超24億人民幣，在JAMA和BMJ主刊等雜誌發表近百篇文章，參與多份國家重要政策和法律法規的制定，以專家身份參與撰寫多部國家級指南和評估標準。

個人簡介
國家重點研發計畫“主動健康和老齡化科技應對”重點專項《健康體檢大數據云平台構建》項目牽頭人和首席科學家、國家自然科學基金重大研究計畫集成項目《面向人群健康和重大疾病的大數據集成共享平台研究及示範套用》骨幹專家、國家中醫藥綜合改革示範區建設專家諮詢委員會專家委員、海南省食品安全風險評估委員會主任委員、海南省衛生信息學會會長、海南省基本公共衛生質控中心主任。
作為專家參與撰寫《中國心血管病一級預防指南》《真實世界研究指南》《老年人能力評估師國家職業技能標準》等，牽頭完成了《新華指數·健康體檢大數據糖尿病地圖》和《新華指數·康體檢大數據心血管健康報告》等編寫工作。新冠暴發之初，早期預警並撰寫了中國最早的全面的新冠防護科普材料《家庭預防新冠病毒指引20條》，得到廣泛傳播。作為流行病學專家參與了國家衛健委、工程院、財政部和部分省市的疫情防控工作，參與100多篇科普文章的撰寫和採訪，其中兩篇文章瀏覽量均超過上億人次，部分視頻講座均場超過百萬人次。
博士畢業後直接就職於維吉尼亞醫學院成為終身系列助理教授、博士導師及博士後導師，並建立癌症倖存者佇列研究。之後任葛蘭素史克(GlaxoSmithKline)流行病學總監，領導參與了cabotegravir等十餘個藥物上市前後的研究，通過醫學循證，創造了新藥上市進醫保的最快紀錄，並發明用大數據尋找新藥的方法，獲得最高學術職位的Senior Fellow。作為共同創始人，創立清華大學-葛蘭素史克全球健康中心。之後，就任A股上市公司美年大健康副總裁和首席科學家、北京大學醫學部公共衛生學院特聘教授，共同創建北京大學醫學部美年公眾健康研究院出任執行院長等職。
寧毅教授作為海南引進傑出人才，著力於培養有國際視野的高水平的公共衛生人才，滿足海南自貿港設的需求。同時、聚焦於數據循證指導醫藥和疾病防控實踐，促進對疾病有針對性的臨床防治和康復。
