研究方向

1.機器人集成製造系統
針對工業生產中的實際問題,充分發揮機器人的靈活性,開展基於工業機器人的集成製造系統及其加工方法的研究。已開展的工作有:機器人雷射3D加工系統、機器人複雜曲面拋/磨系統、汽車覆蓋件機器人柔性沖孔系統。
2.複雜曲面加工方法及理論
研究複雜曲面加工過程中的幾何學、運動學及動力學問題。結合微分幾何、計算幾何和計算機圖形學理論,針對不同製造工藝的特點,研究基於三維圖形的CAM加工理論、方法及軟體。已開展的工作有:3/4軸超精密車削、機器人雷射加工、增減材複合製造等加工的算法及軟體。
3.先進材料加工工藝及裝備
針對先進材料(包括硬脆材料、難加工金屬材料以及複合材料)的材料特性和零件幾何特徵,進行工藝和加工裝備的開發。已開展的工作有:陶瓷假體加工工藝及裝備、光纖預製棒加工工藝及裝備、旋轉超音波輔助磨削系統、超音波輔助電火花加工系統和超精密超聲輔助車削系統。
