研究方向
一是在體或離體模擬血流動力學環境,從器官、組織到細胞分子多層次探討力學因素如何產生生物學效應,而誘導血管重建,研究力學信號轉導通路和分子網路調控,尋找與力學因素密切相關的心血管活性物質,使之成為潛在的新藥物靶標或新生物標記物,為尋求防治心血管疾病的新途徑奠定力學生物學基礎。二是基於先進的流場測試和醫學影像技術,實驗與力學模型及數值模擬相結合,研究人體心血管的血流動力學特徵,建立新的心血管功能檢測技術,進而發展成為臨床診斷和預警的力學指標以及個體化心血管病治療方案的最佳化設計。
