奇塔·里維拉

奇塔·里維拉（Chita Rivera，1933年1月23日～2024年1月30日），演員，代表作品有《百老匯:遠去的黃金年代》《舞動》《芝加哥》等。

奇塔·里維拉獲得了創紀錄的10項托尼獎提名，並因《The Rink》和《Kiss of The Spider Woman》獲得兩項提名。里維拉無與倫比的百老匯生涯跨越了幾十年，從在《西區故事》中飾演Anita，到在《Bye Bye Birdie》中與Dick Van Dyke對手戲，再到Bob Fosse的標誌性音樂劇《芝加哥》和《All That Jazz》。

演藝經歷

1949年，16歲的里維拉參加了喬治·巴蘭欽編舞的試鏡，並獲得了紐約市美國芭蕾舞學校的獎學金。1952年，19歲的里維拉參加了她的第一次全國巡演——由伊萊恩·斯特里奇主演的《叫我夫人》。

1957年，Chita出演百老匯音樂劇《West Side Story》，在劇中飾演Anita。
1964年，里維拉在音樂劇《Bajour》中飾演Anyanka，該劇於1964年11月23日上演，一直持續到1965年6月12日。《West Side Story》的聯合編舞彼得·詹納羅(Peter Gennaro)負責音樂劇的舞台編排。
