天津中蘆織帶有限公司是2002年由天津市織帶一廠改制成立的股份制公司，專業生產有襯裡消防水帶。本公司具有60餘年的消防水帶及帶類產品製造經驗，生產的《鐵錨》牌消防水帶97年獲得公安部消防產品合格評定中心首批頒布的有襯裡消防水帶3C證書。本公司是國內唯一同時具備：乳膠襯裡、聚氨酯襯裡、合成樹脂襯裡、NBR一次成型雙面塗膠（榮獲國家專利產品）四條消防水帶生產線的生產企業。其中乳膠水帶採用日本工藝及設備生產，具有重量輕、不脫膠、耐寒、耐磨、使用壽命長等特點，廣泛適用於消防、礦山、遠距離供水、供氣、園林灌溉等用途。產品出口到日本、俄羅斯、韓國。

公司生產的振勞牌勞保全全帶是建築、電力施工、高空作業首選的優質產品，本公司還生產汽車安全帶織帶、吊裝帶、綑紮帶等各種帶類產品，歡迎客戶來函來樣公司可根據客戶要求設計生產。

Tianjin Zhong Lu Textile Band Co., Ltd, which was once Tianjin Woven Belt NO.1 Factory，was founded in 2002 and it specializes in liner fire hose. Having a history of more than 60 years in producing fire hose and relative stuff, we enjoyed the honor of 3C certification firstly issued by the Ministry of Public Security in 1997 in terms of our product anchor （Tiemiao）. In addition, we are the only company that possess four assemble lines simultaneously, namely: emulsion liner, PU liner, plasthetics liner, NBR one-time molding double spreading. And the last one was awarded national patent. Our emulsion hose adopts Japanese processes and apparatus and is characterized with light weight, no debonding, cold and abrasion resistance, and long service. It can be widely used in fire fighting, mine, long distance water supply, gas supply, irrigation and its markets include Japan, Russia and Korea.
In order to meet the needs of high-rise buildings fire fighting, we developed φ65-25, φ80-25 type high-pressure polyurethane liner which can guarantee safety. Our products have been installed in the fire forces after we acquired the permission from state supervision and inspection center for fire fighting equipments and these fire control safety belts, Ⅱ, Ⅲtype safety harness, made in accordance with standard of GB494, provide fire-fighters with security guarantee and improve efficiency. Our product Zhenliao brand, a kind of safety belts, is desirable for construction, construction of electric power, steeplejack. We also have other products, such as seat belts, lifting strap.
