項目摘要
工藝規劃和調度以其基礎性、重要性以及複雜性,成為柔性製造系統領域研究的重點和熱點。而多目標最佳化因其複雜性、現實性以及給決策者提供更多更實際的備選方案集等特徵,成為工藝規劃和調度研究中的難點。研究此類實際生產調度中典型組合最佳化問題的多目標進化算法具有重要的學術意義和套用價值。本項目圍繞工藝規劃和調度的多目標最佳化,通過創新的混合差分進化框架構建、特殊的適應度評價函式設計、新穎的混合選擇機制、獨特的精英保存策略以及基於多個目標的混合局部搜尋技術等,以增強算法在Pareto前沿面多個方向上的收斂性能並保證算法的均勻分布性能,同時儘可能的降低算法的時間複雜度。本研究旨在混合進化算法框架設計、方向性搜尋、收斂和分布性能平衡以及效率提高等方面取得一系列有指導價值的理論與算法套用成果。本項目對於混合差分進化解決多資源約束條件下的多目標工藝規劃和調度問題的研究,將有利於推動複雜智慧型加工製造系統的研究和發展。
