本書三位作者均系世界著名的研究國際投資和跨國公司理論的
學者,其中Raym0ndVernon和L0uisT.Wells為美國哈佛商
學院教授,SubramanianRangan為歐洲管理學院教授。Raym0nd
Vernon在60年代中期提出的產品生命周期理論為歐、美企業國際
化奠定了理論基礎,至今仍有很高的學術價值。
本書是主要用於歐美管理院校工商管理碩士研究生的教材,現
已在世界發行了30年。該書分為企業內部管理、企業和國家、國
際環境和案例四個部分,共11章,內容涉及國際經濟、企業國際
