項目摘要
本研究在野外考察和材料收集的基礎上,通過對國產賴草屬Leymus植物的形態特徵和地理分布、屬間和種間雜交及繁育資料、細胞學和細胞遺傳學、基因組原位雜交(GISH)技術和分子生物學等手段進行分析,研究賴草屬:(1)屬的系統地位;(2)物種染色體組組成和種內居群間染色體數目的倍性變異;(3)物種的界限、種間關係和種下等級的分類處理;(4)與新麥草屬、披鹼草屬、Thinopyrum、Lophopyrum和擬鵝觀草屬等近緣屬的親緣關係;(5)物種和種內居群繁育特徵和機制;(6)Xm染色體組的可能起源供體物種。為系統整理國產賴草屬植物,解決一些物種分類處理的疑難問題,以及客觀認識賴草屬和小麥族多年生多倍體屬的起源和演化提供生物學系統學資料。
