喻勇新，博士，高級工程師，碩士生導師，湖北武穴人，中共黨員。現就職於上海海洋大學食品學院，農業農村部水產品貯藏保鮮質量安全風險評估實驗室。中國微生物學會會員，上海市食品科學高原學科骨幹成員，啟東市“東疆英才”，上海海洋大學教工足球協會秘書長，食品學院教工足球隊隊長。
