作者簡介
時秀梅，遼寧大連人，1974年生，大連外國語大學套用英語學院副教授、經濟學博士。1996年畢業於遼寧師範大學外國語學院英語語言文學專業，獲文學學士學位；2007年獲東北財經大學經濟學碩士學位；2008年考入中央財經大學商學院攻讀跨國公司管理專業博士學位，師從著名學者王巾英教授，主修跨國公司管理、中國涉外經濟理論與政策研究；2009年11月至2011年11月獲國家留學基金委資助在美國加州大學歐文分校(UniversityofCaliforniaIrvine)做訪問學者，主要研修跨國企業的跨文化管理；2012年6月獲中央財經大學經濟學博士學位。自1996年參加工作以來，一直在高校從事與商務英語專業相關課程的教學和科研工作。主要研究方向為跨國公司跨文化管理、企業文化、商業廣告語言修辭等。目前已在《中國管理科學》、《科研管理》、InternationalJournalofBusinessandMarlagenlent等國內外學術期刊發表論文35篇；主編或副主編《國際金融理論與實務》、《投資銀行學》、《投資銀行業務》、《商務交際英語口語——商務交流篇》、《商務交際英語口語——商戰實務篇》、《管理學》等教材及教輔書籍共18本；出版《荷蘭建築師作品集》、《150全球*住宅設計》等譯著4部；主持或參與*和省部級教研與科研項目共8項。
