吳曉娟，女，博士生導師 ，山東大學信息科學與工程學院圖像處理與模式識別方向的學術帶頭人。現為IEEE會員，中國電子學會、中國自動化學會和圖像圖形學會高級會員、美國科學促進會會員、山東自動化學會控制委員會副主任。

人物榮譽
獲省級二等獎1項，三等獎2項，校級一等獎2項，省裝備協會論文一等獎1項，榮獲山東大學合校以來第一屆“三八紅旗手”。在國內外重要學術刊物上發表論文80篇，其中有近30篇被SCI、EI收錄。現在是《模式識別與人工智慧》、《電子與信息學報》、《信號處理》等國內多家著名雜誌的專職審稿人。

目前作為主持人的在研項目有：教育部網路技術項目1項，軍工項目1項，省科學技術發展計畫項目1項，省實驗室智慧型管理系統項目1項，省教學項目1項，山東大學項目2項。作為主要參加人參加的國家自然科學基金項目1項。近年來在DSP套用、嵌入式系統、智慧型交通、生物特徵識別、機器人手眼定標、無線接入網路（WiMax）的QoS設計和性能研究等方面均取得了較大成績。
教育成果
研究生情況：已畢業研究生13人，在研博士 、碩士生21人。其中有一人獲省優秀碩士論文。
