交流合作

(1)團隊有廣泛的國際合作交流,分別與美國、加拿大、德國、日本、芬蘭、香港等國家和地區的頂級環境科學研究機構開展實質性的科研合作與人員交流,取得豐碩成果。
(2) We would like to help academic researchers to predict the effective targets of studied compounds for free. System for Predicting Potential Effective Targets (SPET) is used to predict the endocrine systems-involved targets which can be activated by compounds, and the results can be further utilized to evaluate the healthy risk of these compounds. 91 targets related to endocrine systems (nuclear receptors, enzymes involved steroidogenesis, HPA/T/G Axis related proteins and other important targets) are adopted in this software. Research can send the structure of compounds (in the form of mol2 file or PDB file) to this and we will give the results back. In principle, we can only perform prediction on 5 compounds per month for each user. (Reference:Wang X, Zhang X, Xia P, et al.
