項目摘要
合成不同代數、不同結構的聚肽樹狀分子,用特定的色團對其核心和端基進行修飾,研究其組裝體結構和發光性質以及在外力作用下的變化,篩選具有力致變色性質的分子。探討分子結構、分子自組裝結構與力致變色性能的關係,揭示分子設計規律。合成胺基酸類和液晶聚合物,採用化學接枝方法或利用非共價鍵力,在聚合物端基、側鏈引入篩選色團或聚肽樹狀分子,製備聚合物及樹枝化聚合物。探索在外力作用下,聚合物組裝相態轉變,不同液晶態轉變與發光性質的關係,研究其力致變色性能和影響因素。在聚合物中摻入篩選色團或聚肽樹狀分子,製備力致變色聚合物。研究各種因素,如聚合物結構、分子量、色團結構、摻雜量、色團聚集性質等因素對其性質的影響,發現並總結規律。以上述研究為基礎,初步研究所得目標產物在機械感應、壓力感測等方面的套用。預計新的力致變色體系的開發將進一步豐富螢光材料與樹枝狀化學,為製備新型的外力響性材料提供理論基礎和新方法、新技術。
