研究方向
聯合套用基因組學、功能基因組學、宏基因組和代謝組等方法,揭示畜禽重要經濟性狀形成的多組學基礎,通過基因組精準設計育種、關鍵有益菌群結構調控,提升畜禽生產力和產品品質。
主要成就
近年來,在NatureCommunication, National Science Review等期刊發表論文100餘篇,入選ESI全球Top 1%高被引論文1篇;以第一發明人獲授權國家發明專利 3 項。獲“廣西自然科學二等獎”、“廣西科學技術獎自然科學獎一等獎”等榮譽稱號。
