工作簡歷及成果業績:
1982-1984:哈爾濱市市政工程學院。
1987-1999:哈爾濱建築大學。其中,1994至1996年和1998至1999年先後兩次在荷蘭套用科學研究院環境科學研究所(TNO-MEP) 高訪和參加國際合作項目。
1999年入選中國科學院“百人計畫”。1999-今,中國科學院生態環境研究中心,研究員,博士生導師。現任水污染控制技術研究室主任,中國科學院生態環境研究中心學位委員會委員,北京市重點實驗室水質工程與水環境恢復實驗室學術委員會委員,中國科學院研究生院教授,中國土木工程學會水工業分會工業給水排水委員會副主任委員,《環境工程學報》副主編等。
主要從事水污染控制與污水資源化技術及其機理的研究及套用。主要研究內容:⑴ 經濟高效的污水生物處理新技術研究,包括新型立體循環一體化氧化溝、新型低能耗膜生物反應器、有毒有害污染物生物降解機理與技術、生物脫氮除磷技術工藝、農村污水處理技術等;⑵ 揮發性有機污染物(VOCs)及惡臭物質的生物降解機理與新型反應器的研究及套用;⑶ 污泥減量化與資源化技術研究。
先後承擔並完成了國際合作項目、國家、省部、科學院和地方科技攻關與實際工程項目等40餘項,曾獲國家和省部級科技進步獎4項,在國內外學術刊物發表論文120餘篇,申請發明專利40餘項,其中授權30項,計算機軟體著作登記1項。
研究方向
主要從事水污染控制與污水資源化技術及其機理的研究與套用,包括污水、污泥和VOCs及惡臭物質的生物處理技術。
