本書秉承歷卷《刑事法治發展研究報告》的研究宗旨，繼續以我國刑事法治建設的重大理論與實踐問題為視角，精選了北京師範大學刑事法律科學研究院2014—2015年度向國家法治領導機關提交的研究諮詢報告及其他對刑事法治建設具有參考價值的研究成果，共設“刑事法治改革”“死刑改革”“反恐怖”“反腐敗”“追逃追贓”“個罪完善”“區際刑法”“刑事訴訟法”和“社區矯正”九個專題，收錄論文30餘篇。
作者簡介
趙秉志，新中國首屆刑法學博士（1988），美國杜克大學法學院訪問學者（1990-1991）。現任北京師範大學刑事法律科學研究院院長、教育部長江學者特聘教授、博士生導師，北京師範大學死刑研究國際中心主任、國際反腐敗教育與研究中心主任、反恐怖法治研究中心主任。兼任國際刑法學協會副主席暨中國分會主席，中國法學會常務理事暨學術委員會委員，中國刑法學研究會會長，國務院學位委員會學科評議組法學評議組成員，國家社科基金項目學科評審組專家，全國人大常委會法制工作委員會立法專家顧問，zui高人民法院特邀諮詢員（2013-2014），zui高人民檢察院專家諮詢委員會委員，公安部法律顧問，法務部社區矯正工作特邀專家，教育部法學學科教學指導委員會副主任委員等。曾獲得國家“做出突出貢獻的博士學位獲得者”（1991）、中國法學會首屆“全國十大傑出青年法學家”（1995）稱號，享受國務院“政府特殊津貼”（1993），入選人事部首批“百千萬人才工程國家ji人選”（1997）、教育部“跨世紀優秀人才培養計畫”（1999）。主要研究領域為中國刑法、中國區際刑法、國際刑法、比較刑法。長期參與我國刑法的立法工作和司法解釋的研擬工作。主持科研項目60餘項，個人及論著獲得70餘項獎勵。出版個人專著和文集25本，主編暨合著專業書籍300餘種，發表論文700餘篇。
