項目摘要

利用功能單分子來構建光電子器件是納米科技和分子電子學研究的最終目的之一。目前這些研究仍然主要集中在如何構建、測量和理解這些分子起關鍵作用的器件的電子或光子行為。申請者最近利用電子束刻蝕和氧化切割技術發展了製備具有分子尺寸間隙的碳基分子點電極的普適性方法,通過醯胺共價鍵進而可以高成功率地製備穩定的單分子光電子器件。本項目在前期工作基礎上發揮團隊在合成化學和器件物理等方面的交叉背景,將致力於利用不同的可以由光、電、磁控制的分子材料來構建各式各樣的單分子開關器件,發展石墨烯基的新型分子器件模型。本項目目的在於探索和發展用於數字快速處理和傳輸的新思想、新方法和新原理型器件,有望發展新一代分子開關和邏輯器件,為最終實現實用分子計算機和分子器件提供可靠的信息和途徑。
