冷國勇,中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所研究員,博士生導師,國家級青年人才計畫入選者。2014年獲中國科學院大學博士學位,2014-2019年先後在美國能源部西北太平洋國家實驗室、英國牛津大學從事研究工作,2019年任中國科學院地理科學與資源研究所研究員、博導。主要從事農業水文與全球變化研究,發表SCI論文100餘篇,入選美國史丹福大學發布的2020全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單。兼任Science of The Total Environment、Geoscience Data Journal、Water等國際SCI期刊編委、副主編,國際水文學會中國陸氣關係分委會委員,中國環境學會生態系統模型專委會委員,牛津大學地理與環境系名譽研究員。主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發專項課題、中科院先導專項項目、中科院重點部署項目課題、中組部人才項目等多項國家級項目。
