作者簡介
馮玉軍，中國人民大學教授、博士生導師，河北經貿大學副校長，中國人民大學法律與宗教研究中心主任、國家發展與戰略研究院社會轉型與法治研究中心主任、法治評估中心執行主任，甘肅政法學院“飛天學者”特聘教授。《朝陽法律評論》主編中國立法學研究會副會長兼秘書長、中國法學會法治理論研究會常務理事，國家社科基金評審專家。美國哥倫比亞大學法學院、哈佛大學法學院訪問學者。已出版學術專著14部、譯著5部，主編教材和論文集6部，在**及核心刊物上發表論文140餘篇。在法學理論、法經濟學、立法學、比較法學和宗教法治研究領域有廣泛學術影響。
