項目摘要
利用陽極氧化鋁有序孔模板和自然界光子晶體復形模板,結合界面反應生長、VLS生長、外延生長和進料精確控制的沉積技術等來製備二維光子晶體材料。利用大面積模板模具,採用壓制技術,將該模具結構轉移到陽極氧化鋁模板上,通過引入的點缺陷和線缺陷,製備出結構規整和缺陷明確的二維光子晶體。實驗測量系列二維光子晶體的光學禁帶與光子晶體的結構、組成和缺陷的關係。關注的二維光子晶體包括ZnO,SiO2,TiO2以及其它如Zn2SnO4、Cd2SnO4等尖晶石和石榴石型二維光子晶體。這些研究對於拓展二維光子晶體的控制製備,調節光子晶體光學能帶以及它們在光學中的套用具有重要的意義。
