作者簡介
黎建飛，法學博士，中國人民大學法院院教授，博士生導師，兼任中國人民大學殘疾人事業發展研究院副院長，中國勞動保障監察專業委員會副會長，中國殘疾人事業“十三五”發展綱要重點支撐課題首席專家。曾訪學西澳大利亞大學和耶魯大學。已出版專著與合著數十本，發表中英文論文數百篇。獲中國人民大學教學評比一等獎、優秀教材二等獎，教育部高等學校科學研究優秀成果獎，中國法學優秀成果獎，法律碩士專業學位研究生教育優秀教師等獎勵。
Jianfei Li，Doctor of Judicial Science，professor and doctoral supervisor at Renmin University of China，Vice Dean of China Disability Institute at Renmin University of China，Vice-chairman of China Labor Protection and Supervision Committee，principal expert for the key supporting topics of the13 th Five-year De- velopment Plan for Disabled Persons.He was a visiting scholar at University of Western Australia and Yale University.He has several tens of individual and joint publications and several hundreds of articles in Chinese and English.He was awarded the1st prize of Teaching Evaluation and the2nd prize of Excellent Textbook by Renmin University of China，Outstanding Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Higher Institutes from the Ministry of Education，China Law Out-standing Achievement Award，and Outstanding Teacher Award for Postgraduate Studies in Master of Laws.
