項目摘要
癭蟎是危害程度僅次於葉蟎的一類重要害蟎，屬世界性分布。癭蟎總科包括三個科：植羽癭蟎科、癭蟎科和羽爪癭蟎科。目前已報導中國東洋界癭蟎總科有3科、10亞科、15族、182屬、719種，除台灣島和廣西壯族自治區外，中國東洋界其他地區尚未開展過系統的癭蟎總科資源調查，而占整箇中國東洋界面積約1/10的台灣島和廣西壯族自治區報導了約3/4的種類，其他地區預計也有大量的新種。本研究將根據癭蟎的分布和發生特點，在中國東洋界進行廣泛的癭蟎物種資源調查、明確其地理分布和寄主情況；運用形態學手段進行種類的鑑定，摸清中國東洋界癭蟎總科的本底，預計在原有種類基礎上增加100多新種；並對中國東洋界癭蟎總科進行物種多樣性和區系分析。研究結果將會揭示中國東洋界癭蟎資源情況,進一步提高我國癭蟎分類研究在國際上的地位。
