摘要 | 從中國宣威腿中分離到兩株典型的火腿酵母. 它們 是火腿微生物菌群的最優勢種, 可獨立, 成功地完成火腿 發酵全過程, 從而避免黴菌及其毒素對火腿的污染.經鑒 定, 這兩株菌均為漢遜酵母屬 (Hansenula H. et P. Sydow) 中的新種, 分別命名為宣威漢遜酵母 (Hansenula xuanweiensis Jiang. sp.nov.)和中國漢遜酵母 (Hansenula sinensis Jiang sp. nov.) . |
Abstract | From a methanogenic organic-degrading enrichment, a new strictly anaerobic Gram0negtive non-sporoforming bacterium,strain 116 was isolated with crotonate as substrat. Hydrogen and carbon dioxide or formated were utilized to synthese acetate andcrotonate was fermented to acetate and butyrate. Glucose, fructose, maltose and galactose were fermented to acetate, ethanol andhydrogen or formate. Neither fumarate, tartrate nor citrite was utilized. No sulfate was reducted. The G+C mmol/L was 30.7±1%.The strain is described as a new species, Ilyobacter hydrogenotrophicus sp. nov. and strain 116 (AS 1.1788) is designated as the type strain. |
