沈玉良 ,上海社會科學院世界經濟研究所研究員。研究領域：國際貿易理論與政策。代表性專著和論文：《我國加工貿易企業生產控制模式研究》（人民出版社，2011年版）、《服務貿易新規則研究》（2014年10月，對外經貿大學出版社）、《建設開放度*高的上海自貿試驗區》（2015年5月，上海人民出版社）、《國際貿易新規則與我國自貿試驗區制度創新的發展方向》（經濟體制改革，2016年第12期）。
