楊德山，法學博士，中國人民大學教授、博士生導師，黨史黨建教研室主任。 主要研究方向為中國政黨學說研究、當代中國政治研究。主持多項國家級和省部級科研課題。主要論著有《中國共產黨的政黨學說》、《中國共產黨與當代中國民主政治建設》（第一作者）等。
趙淑梅，法學博士，任教於中國人民大學，主要從事中共黨史、黨的建設等方面的教學與研究。參加多項省部級科研項目。著有《加強黨的執政能力建設的制度保障》等。
