作者簡介
張穎，長期從事外交翻譯工作，曾擔任外交部翻譯司會議翻譯處處長，承擔主要國家領導人隨身口譯工作，完成百萬餘字重要外交文獻譯審任務。現任北京市第二外國語學院中國公共政策翻譯研究院執行院長、高級翻譯學院教授，兼任全國人大法律英文譯審專家委員會專家、全國翻譯專業資格（水平）考試英語專家委員會委員。已出版政治文獻類譯著六本，獲評中國外文局資深翻譯、北京市屬高校高層次人才、北京市優秀共產黨員等稱號。
