第一季第1集
雙性戀的查普曼因毒品買賣和洗錢被關進監獄，告別自己的未婚夫，初入監獄的查普曼對這個低度設防的監獄充滿了惶恐。面對女監內形形色色的女犯，查普曼感到舉步維艱，不幸的是在第一天就無意間得罪了監獄廚房的犯人紅媽，並遭到整蠱。面對以後漫長的女監生活，絕望的查普曼該怎么去面對！
第一季第2集
查普曼在女監里尷尬遇到了早年的前女友。查普曼在紅媽的掌控下，過得更加辛苦，整日沒有飯吃食不果腹。查普曼主動向紅媽致歉，卻遭到無視。查普曼拒絕了前女友的幫助，她自製辣椒藥膏送給紅媽，取得了紅媽的原諒。同時劇中也揭秘了紅媽入獄前悲催的往事。
第一季第3集
查普曼在女監內遇到瘋狂的黑人女同志，她對查普曼窮追不捨，甚至在食堂餐桌上和查普曼的前女友上演爭妻惡戰，讓查普曼尷尬不已。索菲婭是一位變性女囚，但監獄內卻禁止給其供應激素藥物，讓其苦不堪言。索菲婭奮力爭取自己的權益受盡世人冷眼。查普曼在拒絕瘋狂的黑人女同後，卻又不幸分配到黑人宿舍內。
第一季第4集
在一次勞動工作中，一把螺絲刀不翼而飛，這在整個女監里引起了軒然大波，不幸的是查普曼發現是自己不小心拿走的螺絲刀，怎么處理這個燙手山芋，查普曼陷入了整日的惶恐之中。同舍的克勞黛對盡惹麻煩的查普曼責備不已，同時也揭秘了克勞黛的冤屈入獄史。
第一季第5集
查普曼在女子監獄的操場上看到一隻母雞，她無意間將這件趣事告訴紅媽，不料激起紅媽強烈的吃雞欲望，紅媽重金懸賞，誓要抓住這隻母雞。豈料抓雞事件遭人以訛傳訛，謠傳母雞的體內有海洛因，有糖果等等...致使整個女子監獄都上演了抓雞鬧劇，無辜的查普曼被推上風口浪尖。
